Personal storytelling, tribes and social media
We are fundamentally storytelling creatures, telling our life stories on a daily basis and making sense of ourselves through other people’s stories. Telling stories is how we bond with each other, and when we share stories we become part of each other’s tribes. Amazingly so, social media is actually now enabling us to come back to our roots. Instead of one story going out to many, we can share several stories with several people. We love new technology and all the interesting things that happen to the creative industries as a result.
